Registration deadline: Registration forms must be submitted by post, fax or email (electronically fill able format available at our website) no later than 30th Nov, 2008 for Pakistani and for others 15th Dec, 2008. Please use one form per person. If you should have problems registering, please contact the Secretariat office or email at conference@safe-asia.com
Refund policy: The SAFE Secretariat should be notified of cancellations in writing. If the secretariat receives 30 days cancellations notice before the start of the conference, 50% registration fee will be refunded. After that period no refunds will be made. Please note that refunds will only be made after the conference. No shows are non-refundable and are liable for the full registration. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute person. The original registrant must submit a written authorization for such a change.
